Our capabilities include mass excavation, reclamation, crushing, clearing, road construction, trenching, pad/site preparation, and concrete. Management’s track record and experience has positioned Rafter J as either the preferred or sole civil subcontractor supporting several Oil and Gas Operators and EPCs that are highly active in the renewables space.
